Nutritional Therapy is a holistic approach to wellness. Using a comprehensive nutritional evaluation and meridian testing techniques, Nutritional Therapy helps identify the root cause of your health concerns rather than just medicating symptoms.
Through diet, supplementation, and simple lifestyle changes you can achieve optimal health, energy, and vitality
My program is based upon Six foundations of health; Diet, Digestion, Fatty Acids, Minerals, Blood Sugar Regulation, and Hydration. In this modern world full of processed and nutrient deficient foods, most of us have one or more of these systems out of balance. Even when we are eating “healthy foods” they are not always the best food choices for us. We are each bio-individuals, with our own nutrient requirements. Many of us have food sensitivities and inefficient digestion that impacts the effects of our food profoundly. I will help you identify and correct those imbalances.
Nutritional Therapy is effective for most conditions, asthma, allergies, depression, anxiety, weight gain, menopausal symptoms, insomnia, fatigue, arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, etc.
Exercise is important, but it should not feel like a second job. 30 minutes a day is all you need to receive the health benefits of exercise. 80% of your body composition is based upon your nutrition. So if you are starving and exercising until you’re blue, but still can’t lose weight, You are likely weight loss resistant. Weight loss resistance is just one result of the imbalances I mentioned above.
Jamie Oliver (The Naked Chef) details the harsh reality of how our poor food choices are affecting the health of our children AND shortening their life expectancy! BUT, we can turn it all around! We can educated and empower ourselves to prepare whole healthy meals and develop habits that will result in a healthy active lifestyle. Contact me and begin YOUR journey to change!
